Resolved that the Portfolio Holder for Highways, Housing and Sustainable Travel approves the proposed Highways Network Management Works Programme for 2024-25 as presented in Appendix C of the report.

 

This decision is eligible to be ‘called-in’.  However, if the decision has not been ‘called-in’ by 5.00pm on 9 May 2024, then it will be implemented.

·       Approves the allocations set out at 6.1.

·       Delegates authority to make adjustments between allocations to the Service Lead – Public Protection and in consultation with the portfolio holder for Highways, Housing and Sustainable Travel and the Section 151 Officer.

 

This decision is not subject to call in; therefore it will be implemented immediately.
