Resolved that: the Council responds to the Responsible Authority for the Berkshire Local Nature Recovery Strategy (Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead) that it is content for the public consultation to proceed, subject to the corrective actions committed to in Appendix C being undertaken (proposed response in Appendix D).

This decision is eligible to be ‘called-in’.  However, if the decision has not been ‘called-in’ by 5.00pm on 29 November 2024, then it will be implemented.
