Resolved that:

·       That the revisions to the proposed parking scheme as detailed in section 6.2 of this report be accepted and that the Old Bath Road proposal is not implemented.

·       That the remaining proposed restrictions at A4 Bath Road Thatcham, A4 Bath Road (northside nos 95-109) Thatcham and Northfield Road to The Firs junction Thatcham be introduced as advertised.

·       That the respondents to the statutory consultation be informed accordingly.

·       That the parking scheme be monitored so that any parking displacement can be addressed as part of a future parking review.

 

This decision is eligible to be ‘called-in’.  However, if the decision has not been ‘called-in’ by 5.00pm on 6 March 2026, then it will be implemented.

Resolved that:

·         That the revisions and removals recommended to the proposed parking scheme as detailed in section 6.2 of this report be approved which relate to Station Road

·         Aldermaston Wharf (No Wating 12:30-13:30), Mallard Way Aldermaston Wharf (No Waiting At Any Time Restriction) and Horseshoe Road Pangbourne (Waiting At Any time restriction replaced with bay length adjustment).

·         That the remaining proposed restrictions at Cold Ash, Greenham, Lambourn, Theale, Urquhart Road Thatcham and Upper Bucklebury be introduced as advertised.

·         That the respondents to the statutory consultation be informed accordingly.

·         That the parking scheme be monitored so that any parking displacement can be addressed as part of a future parking review.
