Decision:
Resolved that: Councillor Stuart Gourley approves the Highway Infrastructure Asset Management Strategy 2026–31, the Highway Infrastructure Asset Management Policy 2026–31 and the Highway Safety Inspection Procedures and endorses the continued use of a risk-based highway asset management approach to support the safe, efficient, sustainable and value for-money management of the Council’s highway network.
This decision is eligible to be ‘called-in’. However, if the decision has not been ‘called-in’ by 5.00pm on 14 September 2026, then it will be implemented.
