(Councillor Clive Taylor declared a personal and prejudicial interest in Agenda item 4(1) by virtue of the fact that he was the Chairman for the sites planning application. As his interest was personal and prejudicial he left the meeting and took no part in the debate or voting on the matter).

(Councillor Stephanie Steevenson declared a personal and prejudicial interest in Agenda item 4(1) by virtue of the fact that she worked for one of the Objectors for ten years and knew them well. As her interest was personal and prejudicial she left the meeting and took no part in the debate or voting on the matter).

Due to their being two prejudicial interests the Licensing Sub-Committee was no longer quorate, therefore the Chairman had to adjourn the meeting to be reconvened at the earliest possible date, where a panel can be formed.
