To approve as a correct record the Minutes of the meeting of this Committee held on 16 December 2024.

Any Member with a Disclosable Pecuniary Interest in a matter should withdraw from the meeting when the matter is under consideration, and should notify the Democratic Services Officer in attendance that they are withdrawing as they have such an interest. If the Disclosable Pecuniary Interest is not entered on the register of Members’ Interests, the Monitoring Officer must be notified of the interest within 28 days.

A period of 30 minutes will be allowed for members of the public to ask questions submitted under notice.

The Partnership welcomes questions from members of the public about their work.

To detail future items that the Committee will be considering.

To set out the findings of the peer review of the Public Protection Partnership Service in terms of input, output, delivery, resources, governance, structure and value for money.

To inform the Committee of the performance of the Public Protection Partnership in line with the operating model and business plan, and provide an update setting out performance during the third quarter of 2024/25.

To set out to the Committee the current work conducted by the Public Protection Service in relation to the regulation of tobacco and vaping products and to advise the Committee on the implications of the Tobacco and Vaping Bill currently progressing through Parliament.

To present the annual report to the Committee detailing the activities of the Bracknell and West Berkshire Water Safety Partnership.
