Melissa Cliffe declared an interest in Agenda Item 18 by virtue of the fact that she was the Headteacher at Basildon Primary School which had submitted one of the bids due to be considered by the Forum and reported that, as her interest was a disclosable pecuniary interest or an other registrable interest, she would be leaving the meeting during the course of consideration of the matter.
