Dec22-Ac4 - Case study information from other local authorities in the Safety Valve or Delivering Better Value programmes:  Jane Seymour confirmed that there were not yet any published case studies. These would be shared with the Forum as and when they became available. 

Dec22-Ac4 – national data on EHCP inflation: Jane Seymour reported that in West Berkshire since 2014 the number of EHCPs had increased by 41 percent compared to the national increase of 97 percent.
