Issue - decisions

Resolved that:

(1)              the decommissioning of the current Ceremony Room at Shaw House and the current Interview Room becoming the Statutory Room be approved with effect from 1 January 2012, subject to approval of plans by the General Register Office;

(2)              the Ceremony Room be licensed as a non-statutory room;

(3)              any additional charges or amendments to service provision under New Governance agreements be delegated to the Proper Officer in consultation with the Portfolio Holder.

This decision is eligible to be ‘called-in’.  However, if the decision has not been ‘called-in’ by 5.00pm on 8 April 2011, then it will be implemented.
