Resolved that the Executive delegate to the Executive Director Resources and the Executive Portfolio Holder for Finance and Economic Development, the disposal of the freehold of York House on the open market (either through a marketing agent or auction).
This decision is eligible to be ‘called-in’. However, if the decision has not been ‘called-in’ by 5.00pm on 11 November 2022, then it will be implemented.
