West Berkshire Enhanced Partnership Plan and Scheme - 2026 update

To approve the updated West Berkshire Enhanced Partnership Plan and Scheme.
DfT (Department for Transport) expects EP Plans and Schemes to contain minimum standards (as set out by statutory guidance) and implement the Social Necessary Local Service measure (SNLS) as set out by the Bus Services Act 2025 by March 2027.
The above is condition of future years DfT Local Bus Grant Funding from 2027/28.

As part of the consultation, we may look to submit items for consideration to the Highways Improvement Group (HIG) and before final the individual decision submission.
