2.	Apologies for Absence View the background to item 2. Minutes: An apology for inability to attend the meeting was received from Councillor Dennis Benneyworth. Councillor James Fredrickson acted as substitute for Councillor Dennis Benneyworth.
3.	Appointment of Vice-Chairman View the background to item 3. To appoint a Vice-Chairman of the Western Area Planning Committee for the 2016/17 Municipal Year. Minutes: RESOLVED that Councillor Paul Bryant be appointed as Vice-Chairman of the Western Area Planning Committee for the 2016/17 Municipal Year.
