Election of the Chairman

To elect a Chairman of the Western Area Planning Committee for the remainder of the 2023/2024 Municipal Year.

Minutes:

RESOLVED that Councillor Patrick Clark be elected Chairman of the Western Area Planning Committee for the remainder of the 2023/24 Municipal Year.

Councillor Carolyne Culver announced that she would be stepping down as a Member of the Planning Committee. This would be confirmed at the Extraordinary Council following this meeting. She gave thanks to officers for the support given to the Planning Committee.

Councillor Clive Hooker added his thanks to Councillor Culver for her time on the Planning Committee. He stated that her input would be missed.
